This year's Warren Miller flick is Timeless.  This should be a really fun show.  

Here is how the event will work:

Location/Date: Movie is  Sat Nov 16th at the Meydenbauer Center in Bellevue. doors open at 5:30 pm; movie starts at 6 pm.  I will be at Azteca by 4 pm to 5:15 pm to hand out tics.  To make it easy for everyone, they have reserved their back area of the restaurant.  Just ask for Snojoke when you arrive.  Address: 150 112th Ave, Bellevue, WA.

Ticket cost: $22 each.  (Window price is $24 plus fees). (There is a $2 price increase this year; sorry). You do NOT need to be a member of the club to buy them, however, nonmembers will have a small technology fee applied by Club Express.  Tickets are general admission.

How many tics are available to sell?  I was only able to obtain 60 tics, so when they are gone, that is it.  Don't delay in buying your tics.  You will be able to buy  up to 5 tics per person.

Signing up online:The event is set up so that you can select to go to both the happy hour and the movie, just the happy hour, or just the movie.  When you are on the registration page, you will see 2 options with a box at the end of each.  The first is for the happy hour at Azteca in Bellevue, (limited to 60 people; you pay your own bill).  The second option is for the movie tics. You must click the movie tic box BEFORE you try to enter the number of tics that you want. (it won't work if you try to enter the number of tics and then check the box; I know, stupid, huh?)  You can put any number in the box from 1 to 5 . Then submit registration as normal and pay for your tics via credit card.  You will get a confirmation email once you have registered; however, there is nothing to print and nothing will come to your phone.  This isn't ticket master.  These are old fashioned hard copy tics.

What if I bought tics and can't attend?:The club will NOT refund you for your tics.  I willNOT sell them for you, so please don't ask.  You are allowed to replace yourself, however, you must email me at kary84@comcast.net with the name of the new attendee so I can put them on the manifest list.

Picking up your hard copy tickets: Pick up your tickets from Kary at Azteca Bellevue during Happy Hour.  Any tickets that are not picked up will be at will call after 5:30 pm at Meydenbauer Center.  They will have a list with your name on it. I will NOT mail tickets ahead of time. 

Happy hour is at Azteca in Bellevue 4:00 pm to  5:30 pm.  Bring cash, it will be faster than using a credit card with this many people. Separate checks are available if you give the server your credit card.  It is about a 10 min walk to the theater.  Plan accordingly.  You can park for free in their lot as long as you buy food/drink prior, otherwise, there is event parking nearby.

There are a number of free ticket offers and a free subscription to Ski Magazine plus lots of swag and opportunities to win stuff at the intermission.
