About the skiing:

In addition to Vail, your lift ticket/Epic Pass will be good at:

12.9 miles from Vail

For Beaver Creek, there's an Eagle County bus that departs the Vail Transportation Center every half hour, putting you at Beaver Creek in 25 minutes, with returns, also on the half-hour, taking 35 minutes ($7 each way).
For Breckenridge and Keystone, we've pre-booked with a private shuttle service to get you round trip transportation from our location in Lionshead Village to ski days at those mountains on Wednesday and Friday, respectively. These are *optional* excursions on one of Summit Express/Summit County shuttle service's 14 passenger vans, with the cost per person being the cost of the service divided by the number who sign up, in advance on this site, for it.
About the cost:
For 7 nights (Saturday-Friday) at the Vail Spa Condominiums, round-trip non-stop flights between Seattle and Denver, round-trip private motor-coach transportation between the Denver airport and the Vail Spa Condominiums, a welcome wine and cheese reception, a catered group dinner one night, and including all baggage handling fees, driver gratuities, and taxes, your cost will be $1,248.
Epic Pass holders need read no further, as your Epic Pass will get you unlimited skiing at all of Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge and Keystone.
For non Epic-Pass holders, your additional cost for a 5-of-7 days adult multi-resort lift ticket for Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge and Keystone will be $495 (or $565 for 6-of-8 days), with the corresponding cost for seniors (65+) being slightly lower.
On the fence about an Epic Pass? You can still affordably purchase one, for unlimited skiing at Whistler-Blackcomb, Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone, and also Park City, Heavenly Valley, Northstar and Kirkwood, or you can still upgrade, to an Epic Pass, without penalty, the Edge Card for Whistler that you purchased this past spring.
Should you choose to sign up for this trip and purchase/upgrade to an Epic Pass, please contact either of your trip leaders about how your Epic Pass purchase can be made to count toward the group total of lift ticket purchases for this trip.
And please address any additional questions you may have about this trip to either of the trip leaders, Martin Berg (blubery52@gmail.com) and Maureen Richards (mrichard@windermere.com)!
