Dues Increase January 2024

Dear Members:
This message to inform you that based on the member survey results the board has voted to increase the membership rate to $70 (a $15 increase) on January 1, 2024. The new member fee has been changed to add an additional $10 to cover the cost of providing new members with our new Snojoke ski flag and mailing it out to them.
It has been five years since the last increase and the board is doing this to cover the club’s increased costs of operation. The board is also actively looking for ways to decrease our costs to get our finances in line including making the annual party into either a potluck or a pre-dinner cocktail party. We are still figuring out what the club can afford. We want to be able to continue to run 10-12 ski trips a year along with all our other social and sports event throughout the year. Our goal is to keep the club in a strong financial position now and into the future. We, like you we are sure, want S’no Joke to last many more years.
